Ms. Tammy Molinelli, board member representing Woodcliff Lake since 2014, was elected President of our Board of Education.  Ms. Molinelli has spent over 40 years in workforce and strategic planning as Executive Director of the Bergen County Workforce Development Board, overseeing New Jersey’s largest workforce system, and as chair of North Jersey Partners.   Ms. Molinelli also has vast experience working with organizations to align their processes and their people with the goal of increasing productivity, workplace effectiveness, and enhancing employee satisfaction.  

Ms. Molinelli and her husband, John, have lived in Woodcliff Lake for over 25 years, with both of their children, Johnathan and Cali, having graduated from Pascack Hills High School.  

When asked about being elected president of the Board, Ms. Molinelli noted, “I look forward to continuing a great year of academic, extracurricular, and overall student success.  I’m proud of the work that the Pascack Valley Regional School Board has done so far, and welcome the opportunity to lead as President of the Board.  We will continue to support innovation and learning excellence as we focus on supporting programs that encourage Career, College, and Life readiness skills for all our students! I welcome thoughts, comments, and feedback from all stakeholders to continue strengthening our relationship with the community."

Mr. Michael Fronte was elected to the Board in November 2018 and was officially installed on January 7. Mike has been a practicing engineer for more than 30 years and is a licensed professional engineer in 28 states.  He has collaborated on major engineering projects on five continents in more than a dozen countries and has been self-employed since 2001.  Mike has a BS in physics from Fordham University, a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Columbia University and an Executive MS in Finance from Baruch College.

Mike has lived in Hillsdale since 1992.  He, and his wife Gina, were raised in River Vale where they attended Woodside and Holdrum schools.  Mike, Gina, and both of their daughters are all PVHS alumni.  Their daughters are currently pursuing undergraduate degrees at Montclair State University.
