Bergen County Animal Shelter Community Service
Photo: Hills students posing together at the Bergen County Animal ShelterThrough a heartwarming act of community service, Ms. Mazan’s students embarked on a project that truly exemplified compassion and care. Collaboratively, they dedicated their time and efforts to crafting cozy beds for dogs at Bergen County Animal Shelter and Adoption Center in Teterboro NJ.

Each stitch and seam was infused with love and dedication, reflecting their genuine desire to make a positive impact. Witnessing their enthusiasm and commitment was truly inspiring, as they embraced the opportunity to contribute to the welfare of our furry companions. When Ms. Mazan delivered these handcrafted beds to the local animal shelter,  their faces lit up with joy, knowing we had provided a small but meaningful comfort to dogs awaiting their forever homes. This experience not only instilled a sense of empathy and responsibility, but also fostered a profound connection to the community and its beloved pets.
