PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with P.L.2025, c.72, effective March 1, 2026, the full text of every legal notice for the Pascack Valley Regional High School District Board of Education will be available to the public on the official website www.pascack.org. Each notice will be posted for a minimum of seven (7) consecutive days and will then be accessible in an online archive for at least one (1) year.

NOTICE TO BUILDING OCCUPANTS - Asbestos Abatement - Pascack Valley High School AHERA Consultants, Inc. is writing this letter to inform the building occupants of Pascack Valley High School, that asbestos abatement will be conducted in the Compressor Room of the building. July 27, 2026 through July 31, 2026 The hours of work will be 07:00 hours through 15:30 hours to completion.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Pascack Valley Regional High School District Board of Education took action at its Regular Meeting on May 18, 2026, and awarded the following contract for professional services in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-5. The resolution and terms of their appointment are on file and available for public inspection at the Central Office located at 28 W. Grand Avenue, Suite 2, Montvale, New Jersey 07645 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Notice is hereby given to the legal voters of the Pascack Valley Regional High School District, in the County of Bergen, of the State of New Jersey, that a Public Hearing will be held in the Pascack Hills High School Media Center, of the Pascack Valley Regional High School District Board of Education, 225 West Grand Ave., Montvale, NJ 07645, on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 7:30 p.m., for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the following budget for the 2026-2027 school year.
