Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying Information

Below is a link to the Pascack Valley Regional High School District policy, along with information and links that will assist you in following the procedure to file an investigation report, should it become necessary, for an allegation of harassment, intimidation, or bullying. 

Reporting an HIB to the school: HIBs may be reported by a paper or online form through either of these links. 

 

  • HIB Reporting Form Online - This form is intended for parents, teachers, and students to report any incident of harassment, intimidation, or bullying. All Pascack Valley Regional High School District staff members are required to enter their name and fill out ALL boxes. Everyone else can remain anonymous. However, if you want to be contacted for follow-up you will need to enter your contact information.

 As per the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act (ABR) (P.L.2010, c.122), the Pascack Valley Regional High School District has posted its Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act grades to the school district's HIB webpage, and to each individual school's webpage.
