FAQs
Q: What is the best way to get technical help?
A: When in school, students are encouraged to stop in the Tech Room and speak with one of our Technology Specialists. Our rooms are open from 7:30 to 3:30 each day.
Alternatively, students (and parents) can email their respective school Tech Team for assistance. Doing so alerts everyone of the issue so the most appropriate and available person can help. Here are those addresses:
- Pascack Hills: phsupport@pascack.org
- Pascack Valley: pvsupport@pascack.org
You are always welcome to contact the Technology Specialists in your school, for technical assistance.
